About the Presenter
Dr Priyanka Naidu brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in psychology research and teaching. Passionate about helping others improve their mental health and wellbeing, she combines evidence-based strategies with practical applications. She is currently Product Lead and Wellbeing Designer at Dala Health, which takes a preventative approach to emotional health and wellbeing. Priyanka has taught and run workshops in areas like sports psychology, good conflict, stress management, social and cognitive psychology, and research methods.
